Ann G. Wrightson


Ann G. Wrightson is pleased to be back at Steppenwolf Theatre Company. She previously designed for Hir, Domesticated, Up, August: Osage County, Intimate Apparel and Man from Nebraska. She designed the Broadway production of Souvenir and was a Tony nominee for the Tony Award-winning August: Osage County, which she designed for Broadway, London, Sydney and the National Tour. Recent projects include Feeding the Dragon (City Theatre, Pittsburgh); The Three Musketeers (Indiana Rep) and Constellations (St Louis Rep). She has designed extensively in regional theatres including Cleveland Play House, Yale Repertory Theatre, Portland Center Stage and ten seasons at Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Her awards include a 2009 IRNE Award for Fences (Best Lighting Design, Huntington Theatre Company) and a 2014 PAMTA Award for Fiddler on the Roof (Portland Center Stage).
