Synopsis

Horsetails, Housetales - Puppet Histories of Logan Square, created by the two ensembles of young artists at Redmoon theater, tells stories of Logan Square through the use of puppets. Redmoon has long worked with the Logan Square neighborhood, and the Children's Company and Dramagirls havce mixed history and personal stories to bring the map to life. Just like a puppet is both ordinary and magical, the sidewalds and walls of Chicago wait for artists to bring them to life. On a stage we tell a story by standing up, speaking out and working together. We, the young puppeteers, and their mentors are happy you've come to listen.
