Associates Season Soirée: Bold Misfits
Celebrate the legacy. Shine a light on the future. Join the Steppenwolf Associates to toast the close of our landmark 50th Season. Steppenwolf was founded by a band of bold misfits who dared to do things differently. This Soiree celebrates that fearless spirit as we raise critical funds to fuel the next generation of Steppenwolf Education and Engagement.
Steppenwolf Education and Engagement programs bring meaningful arts experiences to nearly 15,000 students, teachers, and families across Chicago annually. Steppenwolf Associates raise over $60,000 annually for Steppenwolf’s nationally recognized arts education programming. Your support plays a crucial role in keeping this program accessible to those who need it most.

The Experience
Enjoy an elevated evening out featuring:
- Curated Food & Featured Cocktails: Seasonal bites and open bars.
- Experiential Raffle: Your chance to win exclusive, "money-can’t-buy" Chicago (and beyond) packages.
- The Community: Mingle with artists, young philanthropists, and the bold misfits shaping the future of Chicago arts & culture.
Dress Code: Bold Misfits. This is not your average night out. In honor of Steppenwolf’s origins—founded by group creative rebels in a basement—we invite you to break the rules.
What does it look like?
- The "Bold": Clashing prints, neon accents, architectural tailoring, or that "too much" accessory you’ve been waiting to wear.
- The "Misfit": Think edgy leather jackets over silk, high-top sneakers with sequins, vintage finds that defy a specific era.
Ditch the traditional suit and tie, drop the heels, or make them extra-high. Come as your most expressive, unconventional, and dramatic self.
