Twenty $20 tickets are available:

• Use promo code 20FOR20 to redeem this offer. Online, available in advance until they’re sold out for every main series show. Limit 2 tickets per person.
• By phone at 312-335-1650 on the day-of show at 12pm for main series performances. Limit 2 tickets per person. (These tickets are very popular and can sell quickly! To improve your chances, we suggest calling as soon as we open and staying on the line until an associate can help you. Calls will be answered in the order received.)

Half-priced tickets for main series shows are available on the day of the performance, one hour prior to curtain. Tickets are only available in person at the Box Office and are subject to availability. Limit 2 tickets per person.

Tuesdays just got a bit more exciting! For all Tuesday main series shows, we are extending tickets for most seats (all seating zones except A) for whatever price you can pay. Purchase Pay-What-You-Can tickets by phone at 312-335-1650.

Preview performances are typically the first 1–2 weeks of the run, a dynamic time when the director and designers may still be making adjustments to the play. Previews offer an opportunity to get a first peek at the show on stage at a lower ticket price.

A flex membership is the perfect way to save on tickets (and get extra perks) if you plan to visit Steppenwolf several times a year.

A Black Card membership is like a punch card with six ticket credits, good for one year from purchase date. Learn more about Black Cards.

Under 30 years of age? The RED Card = 6 ticket credits for $99. Use them however and whenever you want. Learn more about RED Cards.

Groups of 6+ get a discount on tickets to all main series performances. Purchase 6 or more tickets in the same order and get $10 off each ticket. (Not valid along with other offers.)

For over 40 years, Steppenwolf has proudly hosted the Veterans' Night Series. Made possible by the generosity of the Gary Sinise Foundation, this series has provided tickets at no cost to over 800 veterans each year. In the 2023/2024 season, we expanded our offerings by adding activities like pre-show talks, backstage tours, and partner fairs to each performance.
