How to Redeem your Flex Credits: 

To book tickets with your Black Card or RED Card, follow the simple steps below. 
If you have just purchased a Black Card or RED Card via Steppenwolf’s website, your credits will be available for online redemption 24 hours after your purchase. After 24 hours, please follow the steps below. 

  1. SELECT YOUR PERFORMANCE Click the redemption button below that matches the your specific type of Flex Card. The link will take you to a list of available performance in the run of that production. 
  2. SELECT YOUR SEATS Once you have selected your desired performance, select your seat(s). When you have selected your desired seat(s), only select the price that corresponds with your Flex Card Credit Type. 
    • Anytime Black Card Holders – Anytime Back Card Credit
    • Weekday Black Card Holders – Weekday Black Card Credit
    • Preview Black Card Holders – Preview Black Card Credit
    • Red Card Holders – Red Card Credit
  3. ADD TO CART Add those seats to your shopping cart. Please double check that your seat order has the correct price type. Once you have confirmed, select "Checkout".
  4. LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUT Log into your Steppenwolf Theatre Account. On the "Checkout" page, scroll to the bottom of the page to FLEX MEMBER CREDITS. You will be asked if you want to apply your credits to the balance of your order. Please select "Apply Balance."
  5. CLICK BUY NOW When you see the balance change from the amount due, to a $0 balance, select "Buy Now." Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

For RED Card Holders, if this is your first time using your credits, you will need to provide proof of age by showing a government issued ID at the time of pickup. All remaining ticket pick-ups will just require proof of RED Card.
