Tanera Marshall returns to Steppenwolf Theatre Company following this summer’s Between Riverside and Crazy. Ongoing projects include all five seasons of Chicago Fire and the first season of The Exorcist. Other television and film credits include the Divergent series, Jurassic World, Black Hat, Public Enemies, The Immigrant, The Lucky Ones, Lay the Favorite, Toys in the Attic, Betrayal, Zoo and Satisfaction. Broadway credits include Hamilton (national tour), Billy Elliot (national tour) and Dirty Dancing (national tour). Chicago theatre credits include Elmina’s Kitchen (Congo Square Theatre); Pitmen Painters, A Walk in the Woods (TimeLine Theatre); A Streetcar Named Desire (Metropolis Performing Arts Centre) and 12 years of stage productions at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she is an associate professor in the School of Theatre & Music.
