Simon Stephens’ plays include Fatherland, Nuclear War, Rage,Heisenberg, Song from Far Away; BirdlandBlindsidedThree Kingdoms,Wastwater, Punk Rock, PortHarper ReganOn the Shore of the Wide,Pornography, Motortown, Country Music, Christmas, Herons and Bluebird. He has written English language versions of Jon Fosse’s I Am the Wind; Odon Von Horvath’s Kasimir and Karoline (titledThe Funfair); Henrik Ibsen’s A Doll’s House; Anton Chekhov’s The Cherry Orchard and The Seagull and Bertolt Brecht and Kurt Weill’s Threepenny Opera. His book “A Working Diary” is published by Methuen. Simon Stephens is an Associate at the Royal Court, London and Steep, Chicago. He is a Profressor of Scriptwriting at Manchester Metropolitan University
