Artist

Sibyl Wickersheimer resides in Los Angeles where she is an Associate Professor of Set Design at the USC School of Dramatic Arts. Her recent credits include Julius Caeser, Richard II (Oregon Shakespeare Festival); Wild & Reckless, Lauren Weedman Doesn't Live Here Anymore (portland Center Stage); and next she is designing Oklahona! (Oregon Shakespeare Festival). Other regional credits include productions at American Conservatory Theatre, Wooly Mammoth Theatre Company, Lookingglass Theatre, Seattle Repertory Theatre, Portland Playhouse, Berkeley Repertory, Arizona Theatre Company, Center Theatre Group, THe Geffen Playhouse and South Coast Repertory. Sibyl's work in Los Angeles includes designs for The Actors' Gang, Bootleg Theatre, Circle X and Theatre at the Boston Court. Other projects include teh dinosaur puppet stage at The Natural History Museum of LA County and a touring production for Keiser Educational Theatre program. Sibyl's art installations have also been exhibited in a variety of Southern California gallery spaces.
