Although she is now based in Chicago, she hails from Okemos, Michigan, receiving her B.A. in Theatre from Michigan State University. Recent credits include We Three Lizas (About Face Theatre); A Class Act (Porchlight Music Theatre); Passing Strange (Bailiwick Chicago); Little Shop of Horrors (Street Tempo Theatre); The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Timber Lake Playhouse); The People VS Friar Laurence (BoarsHead Theater); The Last Five Years, Mother (Steel Beam Theatre);and various roles with the Chicago-based children's theater company, Great Works Theatre, and Plays With A Purpose with Black Ensemble Theater.
