Qui Nguyen
Qui Nguyen is a playwright, fight choreographer and Co-Artistic Director of the Obie Award-winning Vampire Cowboys Theatre Company in New York City. Recent plays include She Kills Monsters (The Flea Theater); Krunk Fu Battle Battle (East West Players); The Inexplicable Redemption of Agent G, Soul Samurai (Ma-Yi Theater Company/Vampire Cowboys Theatre Company); Alice in Slasherland (Vampire Cowboys Theatre Company), Bike Wreck (Ensemble Studio Theatre); and Aliens Versus Cheerleaders (Keen Company). He is a resident playwright at New Dramatists, a core member of The Playwrights’ Center and a member of Ensemble Studio Theatre and The Ma-Yi Theater Company Writers Lab. Upcoming Chicago premieres include Fight Girl Battle World (InFusion Theatre Company).
