Polly Hubbard
Polly Hubbard serves as the Director of New Play Development at Steppenwolf, and she was previously a Literary Agent with Abrams Artists Agency in NYC. Steppenwolf Theatre Company: La Ruta, The Doppelgänger (an international farce), Visiting Edna. Chicago: Charm (Northlight); Rolling (Jackalope). Selected developmental work: Bald Sisters (Steppenwolf’s SCOUT); King James, My Heart is a Library Yours is a Museum (New Harmony Project). Past work with SPACE on Ryder Farm, Victory Gardens, The Kilroys, American Theatre Company, Cherry Lane Theatre, 13P, Lark Play Development Center, Princess Grace Awards, and Amnesty International. Education: Oberlin College, University of Evansville.
