John Rooney
John recently stage managed The Further Adventures of Hedda Gabler for Dog & Pony Theatre Company last fall. He is currently finishing his BFA in Theatre Arts at The Theatre School, DePaul University, where he recently directed Nocturne by Adam Rapp. He is also the senior artistic intern at About Face Theatre for the 2009-2010 season. At About Face Theatre, he has stage managed HIV: History in Voices, Fast Forward, The Big Tent (part of Collaboraction’s Sketchbook Festival) and was recently the assistant director for The Flowers directed by Trip Cullman.
