Artist

John Francisco is a new Artistic Associate at About Face, having performed in this show, The Homosexuals, and producing the latest incarnation of XYZ Readings with Jacob Patron. He has worked with many local theatre companies including Victory Gardens, ShawChicago, Porchlight Music Theatre, Peninsula Players, Piven Theatre Workshop, Strawdog Theatre, AppleTree Theatre, House Theatre, Noble Fool and Pegasus Players. John is a graduate of the School at Steppenwolf and the University of Georgia. John works with Chicago Children’s Theatre, collaborating with Artistic Director Jacqui Russell in creating theatre pieces for children with autism and with Old Town School of Folk Music, teaching music to infants, toddlers, and kids with behavioral problems.
