Jeannie Affelder is excited to be on stage at Steppenwolf Theatre Company. She recently played Katherine in A Perfect Ganesh (Eclipse Theatre Company); and has originated roles in two premiere productions: Simone Beck in William Brown and Doug Frew’s To Master the Art (TimeLine Theatre Company/Broadway in Chicago); and Lucy in Linda Barry’s The Good Times Are Killing Me (City Lit Theater). She has appeared on stage throughout Chicago, including in Heartbreak House (Writers Theatre); Unnecessary Farce (First Folio Theatre); Angel Street (Court Theatre); and on screen in Chicago PD, Sirens and The Onion. “She thanks her teachers and her family, always.” jeannieaffelder.com.
