Cindy Gold (Martha Washington) Chicago area work includes Goodman, Victory Gardens, Lyric Opera of Chicago, Broadway in Chicago, Court Theatre, Chicago Shakespeare. Ms. Gold appeared at the Kennedy Center in Daughter of the Regiment (sharing a role with RBG!), and Showboat, as well as Glimmerglass Opera’s Music Man, (New York and Muscat, Oman). She recently appeared at Philadelphia’s Interact Theatre in Settlements. Ms. Gold created the role of Gertrude Stein in Frank Galati’s and Stephen Flaherty’s, Loving Repeating (Jeff Award for Best Actress). TV and film appearances include Work in Progress, Leverage, Chicago Fire, Empire, and the recently released feature, I Used to Go Here. Cindy is a Professor of Theatre at Northwestern University.
