Christine Pascual

Christine Pascual is excited to be working at Steppenwolf on the world premiere of Pacific. Recent designs include The Sins of Sor Juana at Mexican Fine Art Center for Teatro Vista; Two Sisters and a Piano for Apple Tree Theatre and Teatro Vista; The Romance of Magno Rubio at Victory Gardens Theater; Concerto Chicago at Victory Gardens Theater; Hannah and Martin (2003) for Timeline Theatre; and A Soldier's Play, Playboy of the West Indies, From the Mississippi Delta and Ali for Congo Square Theatre. She was a company member of Defiant Theatre, where her designs included Flaming Guns of the Purple Sage, Fortinbras, Cleansed, Godbaby, Phaedra's Love and The Skriker (shared Jeff Citation). Other designs include Cat on a Hot Tin Roof for Apple Tree Theatre, Bug for A Red Orchid Theatre, Refuge for Plasticene and Let Me Live for The Goodman Theatre. She has an MFA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Upcoming projects are Living Out for American Theater Company and Teatro Vista, Seven Guitars for Congo Square Theatre and Symmetry for Victory Gardens Theater.
