Chris Giarmo
Chris Giarmo has previously sound designed Young Jean Lee’s Untitled Feminist Show (Walker Arts Center, Baryshnikov Arts Center). He is the resident composer of NY-based theater company Half Straddle, where his credits include Ghost Rings (New York Live Arts) and Ancient Lives (The Kitchen). He’s performed with, composed music for and music directed pieces with Big Dance
Theater since 2005: Alan Smithee Directed This Play, Supernatural Wife (Brooklyn Academy of Music), Man in a Case (Hartford Stage). He has
also scored the upcoming documentary Front Door/Blue Sky and is the creator of Kimberly Clark, a drag queen beauty blogger on YouTube.
