Caroline Heffernan returns to Steppenwolf Theatre Company where she was last seen as “Scout” in Steppenwolf for Young Adults’s To Kill a Mockingbird. Other Chicago credits include Good for Otto (Gift Theatre); In the Garden (Lookingglass Theatre Company); Annie (Paramount Theatre); Mary Poppins (Marriott Lincolnshire); Showboat, Magic Victrola (Lyric Opera of Chicago); Gypsy, Shrek (Chicago Shakespeare Theater); Enron (TimeLine Theatre); A Christmas Carol (twice at Goodman Theatre); Wonders Never Cease (Provision Theatre); and Rhymes with Evil (Infusion Theater). Caroline appeared as Ella in a 2014 episode of Chicago Fire and in several short films. Commercial credits include Flintstones Vitamins, Guaranty Bank and Kellogg’s Eggo Waffles. Caroline received an outstanding actress award in Collaboraction’s Sketchbook and has participated in multiple staged readings by Chicago Dramatists. She is also an honor student (middle school Valedictorian), an award winning USAG gymnast and a Varsity Cheerleader (flyer) at Loyola Academy.
