Contacting an Audience Member During a Performance
If you need to contact a patron during a performance in our Downstairs or Upstairs Theaters, please call our Concierge Desk at 312-932-2476. Hours: one hour prior to curtain until 15 minutes after curtain call.
Ticket Requests
Steppenwolf does not process ticket requests via email. For information about ticket availability or the status of a ticket order, please call
the box office at 312-335-1650.
Ticket Donation Requests
Steppenwolf Theatre Company is pleased to consider requests for ticket donations to other organizations. Please send details of your event to ticketdonation@steppenwolf.org. While we would like to grant all donation requests, we are simply unable to fulfill or respond to them all. Please no requests by mail or phone. Organizations may only receive one donation per calendar year. All requests should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event date.
