Synopsis

A startling encounter on a New York subway platform leads two strangers to a run down tenement where a life or death decision must be made. Ensemble member Austin Pendleton returns to our most intimate stage for this compelling new work by Cormac McCarthy, acclaimed author of All the Pretty Horses and No Country for Old Men. The Sunset Limited traveled to the 59E59 Theaters in New York in the fall of 2006. Find out more about our productions that have traveled beyond Chicago.
