ABOUT THIS SHOW
In this hilarious, thought-provoking show, essayist, satirist and comedian Gina DeLuca reads stories about an unlikely bow hunting trip she took to Montana. Through her sharp observations and sardonic wit, she challenges commonly held beliefs about animals, about people, about who we think of as "good" and what we think of as "bad" and the many conflicting truths that keep us from seeing each other clearly.
About Gina DeLuca
Gina has been published in Slate, The Rumpus, Points in Case and other publications. She is the Assistant Editor of the humor column at The Rumpus, and has been a comedian, essayist and artist in Chicago for thirteen years. The Chicago Reader has called her work "brilliant," and named her the Featured Artist in the 2020 Winter Arts issue. She graduated with her MFA in nonfiction writing from Washington University in St. Louis. You can read more of her work and see her cartoons on her Substack, REJECTED.
