John serves as production designer and technical director for the Inconvenience, of which he is a founding member. John has played an integral role in events since the company’s inception, collaborating in the creation of the play festivals Strapped and Post-Traumatic, as well as Brett Neveu’s The Earl as a co-production with A Red Orchid Theatre, The Fly Honey Show burlesque, the original dance salon Standing Room Only, and the A Little Bit Louder Now live music series. Favorite Chicago designs include Paloma Querida (Luna Negra Dance Theatre), Passing Strange and Aida (Bailiwick), That Sordid Little Story (New Colony), Riff Raff (Mary-Arrchie), Arrangements (Pavement Group) and Paper Thin Walls (Abraham Werewolf).
