Althos Low
Althos Low is the pen name for Shanghai Low Theatricals, an adaptation development group based in Chicago. For the 2014 Steppenwolf for Young Adult’s Animal Farm collaboration for director Hallie Gordon, Shanghai Low co-founder Steve Pickering served as Adaptor, playwright Alice Austen as co-Adaptor, and House Artists Fred Baxter and Tom Kyzivat provided pre-production art and dramaturgy.
