Redemption
Use your Black or RED Card credits for any Steppenwolf Main Series production. Credits can be redeemed online, in person or by phone. Subject to availability.
Flex Card credits are available for online redemption 24 hours after purchase. If you would like to access tickets through your new Black or RED Card membership immediately, contact us at 312-335-1650 or at customerservice@steppenwolf.org. Our Audience Services team is here to help.
EXPIRATION
Flex Card credits expire one calendar year from the date of purchase. At that time, any remaining credits will expire and cannot be redeemed. Remaining credits can be rolled over for another year if you purchase additional credits before your card expires.

THE SMALL PRINT
- Must be 30 or under to purchase a RED Card membership, and proof of age is required when picking up the card.
- RED Card credits can also be redeemed for LookOut Series presentations.
- Black and RED Card credits cannot be redeemed for visiting artist presentations.
- Flex Card credits are not eligible for a refund.
- All prices listed include an $8 handling fee.
