Tim Hopper is a member of the Steppenwolf Theatre Company ensemble. Recent roles at Steppenwolf include Tim/Theresa in Catch As Catch Can and Mr. Wolf in Mr Wolf. He also played Andy in Downstate which traveled to the National Theatre in London, and to Playwrights Horizons in New York. Television appearances include Chicago Fire, Emperor of Ocean Park, the Amazon series Utopia, Fargo, The Americans, and Empire, among others. Films include the upcoming Trash Mountain, and the A24 film Enemies, as well as School of Rock, To Die For, and Last of the Mohicans, among others. Off-Broadway includes plays at New York Theatre workshop (Obie Award for More Stately Mansions), Vineyard Theatre, and the Atlantic Theater. Internationally, the Edinburgh Festival and Antwerp’s De Singel Theatre.
