How it Works
Use your Black Card credits for any Steppenwolf Membership series show. Credits can be redeemed online, in person or by phone. Subject to availability.
Black Card credits are available for online redemption 24 hours after purchase. If you would like to access tickets through your new Black Card Membership immediately, or have any questions, contact us at 312-335-1650 or at customerservice@steppenwolf.org. Our Audience Services team is here to help.
*Black Card credits are good for one calendar year from the date of purchase. At that time, any remaining credits will expire and cannot be redeemed. Credits can be rolled over for another year if you purchase additional credits before your card expires. Black Card credits are not eligible for a refund.
