Guy Barile makes his Steppenwolf debut, although he has been working in professional theater for forty years, acting in or directing over 150 productions ranging from musical comedy to Shakespeare. Previous productions as an actor include Follies, Henry V, Breaking Legs, The Escape Artist, The Water Engine and others at theaters including The Forum, Shakespeare Repertory, Victory Gardens, Northlight, Briar Street and the Goodman in Chicago. He directed the original production of Grease at the Kingston Mines Theatre and was the Resident Director at the Drury Lane Theater for several years. More recently, he directed Cobb in Spokane, Washington. Guy has had featured roles in several films and TV shows, including Babe, The Untouchables and Kwikstop.
