For up to (5) Hours
The Downstairs Lobby is complimentary when renting the Downstairs Theater, but it can also be rented separately when there isn’t an event or show in the Downstairs Theater.
The 1646 Lobby is complimentary when renting the Ensemble Theater, and also includes Tap Bar, Patio, Mezzanine & 2nd Floor spaces. It can be rented separately for private events when there isn’t a performance in the Ensemble Theater.
The Balcony Bar is complimentary when renting the Downstairs Theater, but it can also be rented separately when there isn’t a performance in the Downstairs Theater.
In addition to the flat rental fee for Mondays, Front Bar may be considered for a buy-out on any Dark Night (no Steppenwolf show), Tuesday-Sunday. Buy-outs range from $3,500-$6,500, depending on day.
