Turn up with Slo 'Mo for an evening of performances by queer women of color weaving themes of self-care and sensuality, featuring: Musician, actor & author Stella Akua Mensah; dynamic duo emcees Mother Nature; “raptivist” and movement strategist & organizer Bella BAHHS. Hosted by the Honey Badger of Burlesque Jeez Loueez (Jeezy's Juke Joint) with iconic Slo ‘Mo sounds spun by Audio Jack, this is the intentional turn up of the season you don’t want to miss.

About Slo 'Mo

"Slo 'Mo: Slow jams for queer fam" is Chicago's party for lovers with Kristen Kaza and Audio Jack, spinning R&B, soul, hip hop, jazz and funk from the seventies to today. Founded in 2012 with a mission to cultivate joy on the dance floor, Slo 'Mo is a party that unites people of all identities, bodies and expressions through the celebration of slow jams and queer community. Slo 'Mo works to create space that is intentional, intersectional, interracial and intergenerational to build paths to more inclusive futures.
