The Jabez Country Opry tells the story of the last night of a small Kentucky honky-tonk and the performers, past and present, who gather for one final show before the building is torn to the ground, all in the name of progress. This new work by playwright Mark Roberts, author of New Country and the creator of TV's Mike And Molly, features original music by Bloodshot recording artist and Grammy nominee Robbie Fulks. It will be presented concert style, the actors performing with a live country band led by Mr. Fulks.

1700 Seating

The 1700 Theatre is general admission, with an assortment of cabaret-style seating options, including high stools and low chairs clustered around tables. We do not reserve seating unless you have a mobile disability. If you have particular seating preferences, we recommend arriving a half hour before show time to reserve the seat of your choice.
