Synopsis

U.S. PREMIERE In the war torn landscape of the Thirty Years War, a woman hauls her cart through the battle zone. As she struggles to survive, she traverses a world of suspicious characters, vibrant sounds, and dangerous situations. Brecht's darkly comic masterpiece adapted by playwright David Hare takes the audience on a breathtaking journey.
