Steppenwolf started in a basement and many of your favorite podcasts did too. This three-night live podcast festival features the best of local Chicago-made shows. Each night will spotlight three unique live podcasts, plus a DJ and games between the shows and, of course, your favorite alcoholic beverages.
You've heard of Serial, This American Life and maybe even Another Round (if you're EXTRA COOL), but how are you on shows made in your own town? This festival celebrates the podcast form, while also shining a light on the Chicago artists and producers making shows right here in your backyard.
A ticket to one night of performance entitles you to three live shows that evening, plus a live DJ, games in-between the performances and, of course, easy access to the bar!
Curated and produced by Tyler Greene, who produces live events for WBEZ and The Moth, as well as serves as Assistant House Manager for Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me!
Sounds Like Chicago is sponsored by Shure.
