Doors 7:30pm Show 8pm Price: $15 David Singer is a musician and filmmaker based in Chicago. He has released five critically acclaimed records and played hundreds of shows around the world, both solo and with his band The Sweet Science. Greg Kot of NPR’s Sound Opinions called David "one of the city’s most evolved pop craftsmen of the last decade.” David also composed original music for Steppenwolf’s August: Osage County, Three Sisters, and last year’s Broadway revival of Of Mice And Men. Additionally, David is a writer/director whose debut Advantage: Weinberg was selected for the Emerging Filmmaker Showcase at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival. His debut feature film, Imperfections, will be released in 2016.Content Advisory
