Synopsis
WORLD PREMIERE Lily Blue has just lost her father in a mountain climbing accident and is forced to spend her 17th year with the mother who abandoned her. Chicago playwright Jamie Pachino's funny, touching drama is about wishing things were different, finding love, not turning into your mother and the irrevocable moments after which nothing is ever the same. This play has been produced with the assistance of The Kennedy Center Fund for New American Plays; a project of The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts with support from Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. in cooperation with the President's Committeee on the Arts and the Humanities.Content Advisory
