About Betty Theft 

Betty Theft is Chicago's retro drag supervillain and the Gaggy-award-winning "Best Lipsyncer" of 2024. She's excited to return to Steppenwolf's LookOut series after her work in Bambi's Black Box last summer. CROOKED was originally developed in collaboration with The Understudy Chicago, connecting alternative drag artists with DIY lighting and production resources to create larger-than-life performances.
