Can't make your scheduled performance?

Exchange your tickets. If you are unable to attend a particular show, please call Audience Services at (312) 335-1650 to donate your tickets. Ticket donations are tax-deductible and will be acknowledged in writing. Ticket donations may be made until curtain time of your performance.

Seating Upgrades

We take all requests for upgrades in date-of-receipt order, so renew as early as possible! Only a handful of our most desirable seats open up each season, so being one of the first in your series to renew gives you the best chance to be moved into the seats you want. We can never guarantee upgrades, but we always do our best to accommodate your request when seats are available!

Series Changes

We cannot guarantee that you will get your same or comparable seats when switching series. Getting into desirable seats in your new series often takes more than one season since subscribers who are switching series are seated after subscribers who are staying in their series. Again, renewing as early as possible gives you the best chance to be moved into the seats you want.
