Biography

Joshua Aaron Weinstein

Joshua is a writer, director and producer. He has been Executive Director of LiveWire Chicago since 2006. Directing credits with LiveWire include the Chicago premiere of Samuel D. Hunter's A Bright New Boise, Eric Bogosian's Red Angel, the world premiere of his original one-acts, Another Lover and The Bout, as well as numerous pieces for VisionFest, our annual short play festival. LiveWire has presented his original full-length plays Lower Debt and Soldiers: The Desert Stand. He is currently working on an absurd comedy about the royalization of celebrity in America.
