James T. Alfred

James T. Alfred is pleased to return to Steppenwolf Theatre Company. He last appeared as Tom in the Steppenwolf for Young Adults production of The Glass Menagerie. Other regional credits include Guthrie Theater, Milwaukee Repertory Theater, Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Penumbra Theatre, Arizona Theatre Company, Court Theatre, Round House Theatre, The Kansas City Repertory Theatre, Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company, American Repertory Theater and The Second City. New York credits include the New York Shakespeare Festival Lab production of All's Well That Ends Well. Television credits include Prison Break, ATF (pilot) and most recently Kenya Taylor on the award-winning, critically acclaimed STARZ original series, BOSS. James is a graduate of the Institute for Advanced Theater Training at Harvard University and holds an MFA in acting from the Moscow Art Theatre School in Moscow, Russia.
