Sandra Delgado

Sandra is thrilled to be returning to Steppenwolf where she appeared in Sonia Flew, Whispering City and Words on Fire. She recently appeared in the world premiere of El Grito del Bronx (Collaboraction/Teatro Vista/Goodman). Other Chicago credits include Electricidad, Mariela in the Desert, Zoot Suit and Christmas Carol (Goodman Theatre); Anna in the Tropics (Victory Gardens); Summertime (Lookingglass); Undone (About Face); If All the World Were Paper (Chicago Children’s Theatre). Regional credits include Wit (Actor’s Theater of Louisville); Winter’s Tale (Missouri Repertory) and off-Broadway in Points of Departure (INTAR). Ms. Delgado is a founding member of Collaboraction and co-produced their Sketchbook festival for 4 years and created, directed and performed in Para Carmen, as part of Sketchbook 9. Acting credits with the company include Guinea Pig Solo, Refuge and Casanova. She is an ensemble member of Teatro Vista and served as Teatro Vista’s Associate Artistic Director from 2006-2008. Acting credits with the company include Massacre (co-production with the Goodman); Dreamlandia, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and Two Sisters and a Piano (co-production with Apple Tree).
