Biography

Cedric Young

Cedric Young previously appeared at Steppenwolf in The Song of Jacob Zulu, A Clockwork Orange, A Fair Country, Wishes Suspicions and Secret Ambitions, and most recently in No Place Like Home. In addition to working at Steppenwolf; Cedric has worked on stage at Goodman, Lookingglass, Victory Gardens, Chicago Theatre Co. American Theatre Co. Piven Theatre, Black Ensemble, and Ebony Talent. Other productions include A Raisin In The Sun, Jitney, Fences, Bus Stop and Flyin West. In addition to the stage, Cedric has appeared in the films Backdraft, Home Alone II, The Paper, Big Shots, Just Visiting, and Joshua among others. Television credits include Law & Order, E.R., Turks, Early Edition, Ghost Writer, and the current series Prison Break on Fox.
